gb Two Gyroplanes land in the field of a tiny Monastic island in Orkney

Only in a gyroplane/gyrocopter is it possible to cross the entire UK, refuel at major airports and land in a field at the back of a small monastic island! We travel in formation with Keith, gyrocopter instructor from Doncaster, all the way to the top of the UK and land in a field on Papa stronsay - the smallest island of the Orkneys and home to the Transalpine Redemptorist monks of the Golgotha monastery

The flight itself turned out to be very eventful with lots of lessons learned! Feel free to read my flight report a minimum safe altitude calculations for crossing water
